1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and lj4 ("lj4", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lj4 online gaming platform accessible at lj4.net.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the lj4 platform.

lj4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last reviewed" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on lj4, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located within the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the lj4 platform.

lj4 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Registering or operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC)

All accounts are subject to a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document before real-money gaming or any withdrawal is permitted. lj4 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to confirm your identity, age, address, or source of funds.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions. Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities where required.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lj4 username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact lj4 support immediately. lj4 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Your account is personal to you and is non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your account to another party is prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency

All transactions on lj4—deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals—are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is required or offered on the platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

lj4 supports deposits and withdrawals through local Philippine bank transfers and supported e-wallets. lj4 does not accept credit card payments or cryptocurrency as a method of funding a gaming account or receiving withdrawals.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving withdrawals into an account that does not belong to you, is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with applicable verification requirements. Processing times may vary based on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. lj4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing a withdrawal request.

lj4 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. These charges are outside lj4's control.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games on lj4—including slots, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo—are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or betting interface. In cases of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

Void Bets and Technical Errors

lj4 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that results from a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the affected player's account. lj4 is not liable for any losses, missed winnings, or inconvenience arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lj4 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform.
• Using the platform while located outside the Philippines.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

lj4 actively monitors activity on the platform for signs of prohibited conduct. Where such activity is detected, lj4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all associated bets and balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

lj4 may offer promotions, bonuses, and rewards to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. General rules that apply to all promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses and promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. Specific requirements will be detailed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• lj4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the individual promotion terms.

lj4 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Current promotions, where available, are displayed to logged-in account holders within the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

lj4 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online gaming is intended as entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income, solve financial problems, or as a response to stress or emotional difficulty.

KYC documents submitted to lj4 are handled securely and used solely for the purposes of account verification, age confirmation, and legal compliance. lj4 does not sell personal data to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lj4 platform—including but not limited to the lj4 brand name, logo, design, software, game content, and written materials—is the intellectual property of lj4 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the lj4 platform without prior written permission.

Your right to access and use the lj4 platform is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted for the sole purpose of participating in the games and services offered. This licence does not include the right to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

The lj4 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While lj4 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lj4 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Any decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that may be inaccurate due to data feed errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to protect their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits lj4's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own negligence.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your lj4 account at any time by contacting our support team through the platform. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, subject to compliance with these Terms, will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

lj4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at our sole discretion, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormancy policy.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, lj4 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lj4 platform shall first be referred to lj4's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines, whose jurisdiction you irrevocably accept.
